Exterior concrete flatwork would include installation of outdoor concrete work projects including a new
concrete driveway, concrete patio, sidewalk, walkway, hot tub patio, basketball court, garden patio,
concrete deck, barnyard, commercial concrete parking lot area, industrial concrete slab, or any outdoor
reinforced concrete slab / slabs unprotected from the weather. Main Concrete is equipped to demolish and
remove concrete driveways, patios or similar concrete work, or remove asphalt /blacktop. If you hire a
concrete company to replace concrete (include the concrete removal / asphalt removal with the new
concrete work), the cost of the concrete replacement will most likely be less than if you hire a concrete
demolition company to have the concrete removed, and then another concrete contractor to pour the new
concrete work. (Pour concrete driveway, pour concrete patio, or install concrete sidewalk, etc)  A new
concrete driveway or concrete patio are the most requested outdoor concrete flatwork.

Decorative concrete work can include several things; stamped concrete, stenciled concrete, acid stained concrete, polished concrete, concrete overlay, textured concrete, brick edging paver inlay, or even just colored concrete. Main Concrete does decorative concrete work, including decorative stamped patio, stamped driveway & stamped sidewalk / walkway or concrete overlay & resurfacing. We also are one of the few concrete contractors that do full brick paver inlays.

STAMPED CONCRETE | CONCRETE STAMPED | IMPRINTED CONCRETE
Decorative stamped concrete is the most common form of textured, imprinted, faux concrete finish. Concrete stamped to resemble stone, brick, or slate, in an almost unlimited assortment of colors. It is called stamped concrete because the way you imprint the surface is by using heavy rubber concrete stamp mats that have the imprinting surface on them, and "stamping" them onto the wet concrete surface. Concrete stamped this way can be done either on new custom concrete, or into a concrete overlay / concrete resurfacing. A decorative stamped concrete patio or stamped concrete sidewalk, stamped walkway, or a stamped driveway are the most common requests.

Colored concrete is concrete work that has concrete color added to the entire mix,
or it can be spread on the surface and worked in to give it a custom concrete look.

BRICK PAVER INLAYS | BRICK PAVER EDGING | PAVER BRICK CURBING | LAWN EDGING
Brick paver edged concrete, a Main Concrete Specialty! These are full concrete pavers set in concrete for a solid, long lasting, realistic, sharp looking way to "dress up" a gray or colored concrete patio, driveway, or sidewalk, and generally cost much less than stamped concrete or stenciled concrete. Brick edging can also be installed in combination with a stamped concrete  finish. Brick paver landscape edging / landscape curbing is also available. Again, these are brick pavers set in concrete to create beautiful continuous real brick garden edging / lawn edging curbs, to dress up your yard and separate lawn and landscape.

Custom concrete foundation contractors. Install poured concrete footings, and concrete basement walls, 4' frost walls & 8' and taller concrete basement walls, crawl space foundation walls, or a commercial poured concrete wall, along with waterproofing basement walls, insulating, tar, tile, and stone. A poured concrete foundation wall or poured concrete building foundation wall, are the bulk of our concrete foundation workload. As discussed below, Main Concrete is a poured concrete basement wall contractor that will do poured walls, and also install concrete flatwork, like the basement floor, garage floor, driveway.

Main Concrete, as flatwork and concrete foundation wall contractors do complete foundation construction including both poured concrete walls and concrete slabs & floors, and can provide all excavation & concrete installation. Residential, commercial, and industrial concrete construction. New foundation construction packages which would include, building / home foundation excavation, pour concrete foundation footing, reinforced concrete wall (either form poured concrete walls or ICF (insulated concrete form) walls). Once the concrete basement walls are hardened, we install waterproofing, necessary insulation (if not ICF Foundation),  along with drain tile and drain stone. Once this is all inspected, basement / building poured wall can be backfilled, concrete basement floor can be poured, and concrete garage floor installed, along with concrete porch. At a later date, we could install concrete driveway, sidewalk and pour concrete patio. "One Stop Shopping!"

An egress window / basement window can dramatically brighten an otherwise dark, dingy room, but it also has a more serious purpose. An egress window is large enough to offer a safe exit from the basement in the event of fire or other emergency. It is essential to install an egress window any time you remodel your basement to make a new bedroom, office or other living space. Main concrete can install egress windows, and egress window wells. Egress window wells are of several styles including; a heavy plastic or fiberglass preformed egress window well, or some are built from retaining blocks or out of treated wood.

Main Concrete is equipped to remove concrete & remove asphalt(blacktop), along with concrete breaking, concrete demolition, and custom concrete replacement. Main Concrete is equipped for saw cutting concrete up to 5", and to remove concrete or remove asphalt(blacktop).. A concrete driveway or concrete patio generally requires basic concrete removing equipment like a skid steer loader and dump truck. Removing asphalt(blacktop) is generally less involved than concrete removal. Some commercial concrete or industrial concrete removal jobs will require our bigger equipment including reinforced concrete breaking, and heavy concrete removal equipment.
